I made some hokkaido milk pudding yesterday hahaa

- 1000mL Hokkaido 3.6 Milk (or any other milk)
- 4 Tbsp Sugar
- 10g Gelatin
- Cool water
1.. Heat milk & sugar over low heat in a pot.
2. Add Gelatin and cool water, mix it,stir well. (DON'T use HOT water)
3. Remove from heat and sieve milk into individual cups.
4. Let it cool to room temperature.
5. To the fridge, for at least 3 hours. Serve cold.
